• Non refundable retainer is required to secure the photoshoot date – total is payable on the day of the shoot. (Weddings a month prior)

• Cancellation policy – 48hrs notice must be given to reschedule or cancel a shoot otherwise the client is liable to pay full cost – Shoots can be rescheduled before this time with no penalty.

• Photographs & editing are the copyright of Riches Photography therefore no removal of watermarks, application of filters or alternative editing is not permitted & will be subject to further action.

• Location of photoshoot (i.e - hotel for Boudoir) may be subject to change – however notice will be given to the client should a change in venue happen.

• In person viewings will be approx. 3 weeks following shoot.

• Alcohol is not permitted & those who are deemed under the influence will be asked to reschedule at their own cost.

• No photographs to be taken on mobile phones/other devices during the actual shoot by any persons besides the photographer.

• Payment plans – deposit of 25% required initially to be followed by monthly instalments – products will only be ordered following receipt of total value. Sales at this point are final - Orders will be fulfilled & sent out within 3 weeks of receiving payment.

• Couples boudoir – men are to keep underwear on during the duration of the shoot unless previously discussed & agreed with the photographer.

• By booking a photography session with Riches Photography you consent to use of your images in the following ways. Use for all marketing purposes, be it online or print marketing, to further the company brand. This includes but is not restricted to, website gallery, Facebook material, business cards, business flyers, etc Discussions will be made at the viewing as to whether you would like all of your photographs used, or what omissions are required & will be confirmed in writing following the viewing - Riches Photography will not sell on your images to any third party companies.
•  Your personal information is only used for Riches Photography ability to communicate with you regarding your booking and to offer you any relevant future promotions. Your details will not be sold onto any third party companies.
